i was soo crazy... and find this:

1.Is that mean that if get my tourist visa and come to canada i can legale ask for a work permit?.
2.How long i usually work permit??
3.after my work permit expire can i ask for temporary or permanent residence( and do i have to leave a canada for that)

1. If you are visa exempt, you can ask for a work permit at the border as you quoted or if you have a TRV valid for 6 months or more, you can apply for a work permit from within Canada. You do however need a job offer and your employer must in most cases apply for a labour market opinion to prove that he has advertised the job and did not find any Canadians or PR's qualified and interested. This process can take several weeks to complete.

2. A work permit is often for 1 or 2 years.

3. When the work permit is about to expire, your employer can apply to extend it. If you are doing a skilled job, you have the option of applying for PR under Canadian experience class after 2 years of work or you can look at the provincial nominee program in the province where you are and see if the employer can sponsor you through that.

Aside from getting a temporary work permit, you could try to get a certified job offer (AEO) and use that to apply under skilled worker or under PNP but all of them require finding an employer and that can be hard.

i understand but i have some friends in toronto that will give me a job...
i was trying aply by fsw and come legally so that they dont have to anything...
but now i will come in that way and after i come i will ask them for job and how to get a job(papirs) ...
most important is that that i will have 20 000 cad for as two and that will be enough for bills or anything that is necessary for work permit,aeo ...

Why don't you ask the friends in Toronto to apply for your AEO so you can use it to apply under FSW?

btw do u know anything about a working/holiday program? i thing it is ok cos u can come and work and after that u can ask for work permit ???

A working holiday program will make it easier to find a job because you will have an open work permit and do not need a labour market opinion. You can do that, secure a job offer and apply under the skilled worker program from within Canada or secure a job offer and apply first and get the working holiday visa while you are waiting.

this is more faster ,from croatia to canada for 6 weeks and 800eura .
and before my working/holiday visa expire i will ask for fsw regulalry,but i have to check everything before i sing in program...
