I am currently located in Canada and have been working here for 3 years.
I have submitted an entension application for my open work permit (spouse open work permit).
Currently, the expiry date of my open work permit (spouse open work permit) has passed.
Recently, I have discovered that my previous application would be refused as at the time of application, my spouse has not find his job yet. And he has just found a job that can support my application.
We just submitted the his offer letter through webform, can my application be approved?
May I know can I submit another application if my work permit has expired and the current application is in progress?
What will happen if the application is refused? Must I stop working or can I re-apply immediately?
