Hello,

I want to move to Canada, at least that's the only part I worked out so far.

I work for a Canadian Businessman with multiple e-commerce businesses and a digital marketing agency.
I work for him online, from Bangladesh. And apparently, I'm a prodigy at digital marketing, or I do enough to run some of the businesses.
Now he is interested in helping me move as well, but he doesn't know how to either. But one thing is for sure that when I get to Canada, I won't have to look for a stable job or struggle for it.

I have completed my honours in Economics with a CGPA of 3.61. Currently pursuing my master's.

I can communicate well and have creative ideas and basic survival instincts, so I'm a functioning human being. And I need help to figure this out, I'm a clueless 23 year old.

There's really no short cut to significant research and reading if you are truly serious about immigrating to Canada.

Start by researching the Express Entry program. This is probably the most popular program for immigrating to Canada. It's a point-based program and those with the most points are selected out of the applicant pool for PR. You want to aim for 470+ points to have a decent chance of being selected.

In order to claim job offer points for having a job offer in Canada, your employer here would need to obtain an approved LMIA. This is quite a long and expensive process for employer (with no guarantee of approval) that requires your employer to prove there is no one in Canada he can hire for this role.
