Help! Help! Work Permit Expiry date is different from the date in conditions

I just received my work permit, but it confused me a lot. The expiry date is Dec 2016, but on the bottom of work permit it says you must leave Canada by March 2015.

Please help me to clarify which date is the correct "expiry date"?
