I hope you are doing good .I have few more questions.

  1. I already applied for Home support worker pilot (gaining experience) on April 2023- uploaded my 12 months experience by webform .I got my AOR on July 31,2023.
  2. My PGWP will expire on April 2024 .so I need to extend my work permit
  3. I am in Manitoba my PNP score will be 606 by September 13. (Noc44101)
  4. Should I take LMIA from my agency ? How much will be the success rate.my employer is Willing to give me LMIA.
  5. My private employer also agree to help me with LMIA .
  6. Which option will be best for me.taking LMIA from agency (caregiver - low wages) or private employer (in home caregiver).
I applied for the Home Support Worker Pilot on April 27, 2023, under the gaining experience category. I had 19 months of work experience at that time, and I needed 24 months to qualify for permanent residence. I worked for an agency that sent me to a private client. I have uploaded my 12 months of experience with a webform and received an acknowledgement of receipt (AoR).

My question is: Will they reject my application because of the new policy that came into effect on April 30, 2023, which states that the employer cannot be an agency?
