HeLP!!!!! Help me to choose best option.. BC or ON ????

Finally my IELTS result came today...Now i can plan 4 next step i.e choosing best course,location,province.. Pls suggest me!!
and here is my profile-

BCA- 69% (aggregate 80% in Final year)
12th- 67% CBSE (non-medical)
10th- 84% CBSE

IELTS- L-9,R-8,S-6.5,W-6 overall-7.5

Please suggest me related Post Grad course in IT field. also give suggestion about province and cities where i can easily get part time jobs.... which is better British Columbia or ONtario..

I think, Calgary and Edmonton are good cities for student jobs like tim hortons, mcdonald's, walmart, hotel and other retail serivce industry. They dont have racism at all. That's very important thing...

Go for big cities like Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and Vacunver... Small towns has some racism issue.. They care about race instead of skills and qualification.. Many students get hurt...

Thank so much for ur replies...

But some immigration agent told me that large number of international students choose tronto to live now they are forced to work at low wage rates because jobs are less and students are in huge numbers. They compromise with employers and agree to work at low salary just to get job.

Is it true???
