Good evening guys.i need advice and I want to know if I can apply or not because this is my second time of getting a refusal but the last refusal was on on ground ..
....
Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your student permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue. Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study. Pursuant to paragraph 220(c) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the cost of transporting yourself and any family members who are accompanying you to and from Canada + + + + You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee. Sincerely, IRCC Nairobi High Commission of Canada to Kenya

What do you think I need to Support my claims for theirs requirement?
Your issue is primarily money as the visa officer stated repeatedly that you don't have sufficient and available financial resources.

To study in Canada you need as a minimum to be able to show you have the funds to support as a minimum the first years fees of approximately 18000 CDN plus 10000 CDN living expenses. This in addition to suffcient funds to support your self without necessarily working part time during your studies which only covers basis living expenses anyway. If more than a one year course being able to demonstrate how you will cover future fees and living expenses. If you plan to have family members accompany then the living expense figure increases.

Did you provide all this proof ?

Once I have done that do I still need any property issue on my name again?
