Help friends.......error in document check list

hii friends... i submitted my application yesterday and after submitting i have noticed a silly but a worst error that i did ....instead of ticking the option for upfront medical examination in document check list, i ticked on other option which is not applicable to me. could anyone please tell me whether it will become problem to my application??? all the remaining documents in my application are fine...this is the only error......i am very tensed now...

In my case, I also made a mistake in ticking the wrong box. In the "Within the past two years, have you or a family member ever had tuberculosis of the lungs...?" I ticked "No" where I should have ticked yes since I was diagnosed and treated with the disease 2 years ago.

I was so worried that they may think I was giving false information and ban me from entering Canada. So what I did was I submitted a case specific inquiry and explained the mistake I made in the form and also explained that I was already treated. And then I passed the medicals. However, my application was refused for other reasons and I reapplied and still waiting for a decision.

thaks for your reply.... i made mistake by ticking MIDI's letter of approval to your application for a CAQ, if applicable instead of ticking proof of completion of upfront medical examination...my college is in alberta not even in quebec.....

I presume that you are applying fir a study permit and since you are paper based, you should select "Temporary Residence(applied by mail) - Student Permit"

I think that's the most appropriate choice you should select. I didn't see that when I was submitting my enquiry so I just selected "Temporary Residence(applied by mail) - Student Permit" but it worked for me anyway.

You may upload both just to be sure.

Anyway, I am just sharing my experience. It doesn't mean that everything I told you is the right thing to do, but just to give you some ideas.
