Help !!!! Forgot to mention previous refusal

I applied my pr file in august 2016
Almost 11 months now! But i forgot to mention my previous work permit refusal .
Can i send background declaration form again if yes ! How because its been 11 months already i didnot recieve my medical yet
Plz help if someone knows about it

What happened did you landed already as permanent residence? Same case of my friend and he informed cic through web form
