Help for the inquiry info by the immigration office

My parents got a letter from the Hong Kong Immigration Section asking for a few items to continue the processing the application.
There are 2 items that I am not quite sure what to response or prepare for, and there is no contact number I can call for enquiry.
Can anyone have experience on these?
- Hong Kong Movements Records issued by Hong Kong Immigration Services between 2007 and present for your sponsor
- Proof of current place of residency for your sponsor

Is it just the photocopies of my passport to show my entries to HK during that period?
Gas bill, Hydro bill and even TAX bill will do?
