Help for police case issue....

I am Citizen of India.

I have studied in Canada for 2 years. Then I started working in 2012. In April, 2012, I was charged for Animal Cruelty. I fought case and case ran for one year. In april 2013, I pleaded guilty. My sentence delayed for one month. Meanwhile I came back to India because I had fear of jail. I got information from lawyer that my I am charged with bench warrant. My total stay in Canada is 3 and half years. I came back India in April,2013.

Can I go another country on student visa? Please help me for this.

You can certainly apply to another country for a student visa - whether you are approved is up to them. You will have to declare your Canadian conviction in that application if you are asked about criminal charges.
