It is not really about quantity as much as it is about quality. My hubby and I only included about 20 photos from our wedding.

I think if you have a lot spanning your entire relationship, pick out a few of those that mean the most to you, and show your true selves. Making silly faces, those pictures that you didn't know were taken so show you in a 'unposed' state but also show the closeness of the relationship. I think you get the idea here. Just pick out some that show you guys and speak to you. If they speak to you, then odds are they will speak to your VO ;)

1) Health insurance: You are already pregnant so I dont think an insurer will sign you up for pregnancy coverage now. You can look into it, but expect it to be difficult and to pay thru the nose for it. This means either your have to have the baby in the USA (where i presume you have coverage) or somehow rush the process and get your AIP and healthcare coverage in 7 months. This *might* be possible if you do an Outland application from the USA. For an Inland application, its pretty much not possible. If you do an outland application, and keep your US health insurance, then cant you just have the baby in the USA?

2) School. To do school in Canada you will need a study visa. Its not that hard to get but requires a bit of money. But since you will probably do an Outland application, that means you can stay in the USA for school.

3) Marriage. As pointed out you dont qualify for conjugal visa (almost no one does), and you dont have time to wait 12 months for commonlaw before applying because of (1). So your only option is marriage. Real marriage. Planning a marriage, even a small ceremony is very tough. Every place you go to acts like you are a crazy person if you want a wedding dress for next week, or a wedding cake for next month (When we did our wedding I got really tired of every wedding shop person saying "You want it for June THIS YEAR???). But it is certainly doable, especially doing a civil ceremony. If you decide to just have the baby in the USA then you dont need to rush and can a more eleborate ceremony.

Hope that helps.

As I stated earlier, many people residing in Alberta have been able to get provincial healthcare with no waiting time just by being a spouse of an Alberta resident, and in Canada on visitor status. Alberta is one of the easiest provinces for visitors to get healthcare in, so OP should look more into this.
