I am sponsoring my wife from the Philippines along with our children, they went for their medical assessment on June 28, 2018 and I have sent the receipts to our Immigration consultant as verification that it was done.
We have just received an email from our consultant that IRCC has yet to received the uploaded medical report from St. Lukes and the deadline was July 25. We are worried that the staff did not upload the files or something happened. Is this a common issue with this hospital? When I came to Canada back in 2001, my family used IOM. We are scrambling to contact them, but to no avail. Please help, what can we do?
