Help. Express entry medical

Hi,

I got my ITA in January. Applied in March and got the Electronic receipt of confirmation on 22nd March 2017. There has been no change in my status. Not even Medical.

Should i be worried as reading online, there are alot of people who got medical cleared in a month.

Please help.

P.S i applied from Pakistan.

It took a little more than 2 months for me to pass my medical.
