hello Everyone,

My friend is debating which route she should choose, She is here on a PGWP which is going to expire in February, she wants to start her paperwork to be landing immigrant. She is here more than 10 yrs now, she has to kids (6 and 9 yrs old, born in Canada ) her husband started a moving company she is in there too, he is very successful with that. She is working full time, she has a contract but they don't want to get into LMIA. 6222 NOC.

Should she choose Express entry or choose something else. Please help us which route she should start...

Business / investor route will be faster than EE.

At the moment if her PGWP expires in Feb, she's already too late to get started on PR. She needs to go take her IELTS asap. Create her application and hope she gets enough points. If her permit expires in Feb she's going to have to stop working and go on a visitor visa until she can submit her PR application. After that I think she has to wait to get pr. As it's running out so soon she should maybe go get advice, otherwise she may have to leave Canada.

Ok that's very different.

Either way, get her to take her IELTS and look through this:
