HELP: ERROR on submitting IMM5257E online

I tried many times and it really drives me crazy.
I used the both links (actually the both are Aug 2018 version):

When I submit the form to the online system, always the error appears, given below:
I was wondering whether someone can help me solve this issue!

  • Answer all questions on the form
  • Click on the validation button
  • Save it on your computer (as a PDF)

there are forms that even though has space to sign, you are not supposed to sign when submitting those forms online. perhaps try that.

I had the sane problem but when the all the required documents page pulled up there are a section for this form.I filled it up and saved it and uploaded it. That worked for me.

Hello, thank you for the kind reply! I use the document downloaded from the section that you mentioned, but it still does not work...

I ask you to do these steps:

-Verify the Date you've mentioned previously in A/Q - Date of Births.
-Use the latest version of IMM 5257
-Validate the IMM5257 /the file in 5 pages will change to 6 pages and the last page is barcodes.
try to upload a gain

Here is the answer, the issue is coming from duplicating the file by doing "save as" or that the file download and verification date are not the same, or possibly clicking validate too many times.

Redownload the form from your application page

Open and fill it out

Press validate only once

Save (replace the original file, do not change the file name or location)

Now it should upload without issue
