Help: Did not upload stamped passport pages in the submitted application

I uploaded the bio pages of my passport but wasn't aware that the pages containing stamps are also required. Would a CSE help?

Im afraid yes. This is mandatory. But maybe you re lucky.. who knows. Send a CSE in any case and wait.

what should a CSE sound like ? Should I offer to send an updated PDF file?

Yes you can save it as pdf. file with your letter and scans just like when you were submitting. Its up to 4MB.
