HELP !!! DD has not been Encashed 102 days

Hi

My wife has applied under NOC 3112 from Bangladesh. We have sent the application through Fedex 21st of August 2009 received 26th of August 2009. Till then we haven't got any reply from Sydney, NS.

I have checked with the Bank Through which we have snet the DD; it has not been encashed yet. is there any possibility that our application has been rejected and whe have missed the mail that they sent back to us and if it happens what should we do now???

I have tried to contact to contact with the Local Visa office responsible i.e Singapore visa office but they haven't responded. Please help us what we can do in this situation.

In mid 2009 waiting time was approx 30 days. later it went to 5-60 days, I applied to Sydney NS on 25th July 2009 and go my AOR email from Sydney NS on 21st October 2009, that is almost 3 months. Keeping this in mind we can consider there are more applications and waiting time has increased. so you should be getting your email in next few weeks.

This is what i think, i would ask other seniors to add their valuable comments.

One of my colleague has has applied 23rd September 2009 and got the whole documents back on 6th of December 2009 as his application has been rejected.

We have followed the same procedure while applying. This is why I am pretty much afraid about our application.

I just got all my documents back.... my application has rejected and they have asked me to do some correction and send it back to them again.

What was the reason of your rejection of file. Why did you get it back very late becasue one of october filer (7th) got his file back on 30th November

So far i know they have sent the documents back in October 14th ....but you know about the post offices in Bangladesh !!!

You should read carefully the reason of rejection, if it is because of some typo error or for some columns left blank or some missing information, then prepare the forms again carefully and resend the documents to the CIO.
