Is it okay to apply for Common Law even if im still married? Im 8years separated physically, but my annullment is still not yet processed. would highly appreaciate your comments and suggestions

Yes, you can apply as common-law while still married to someone else as long as you can prove the marriage is over.

You already posted this question.

Your partner didn't declare you as a common-law partner when he landed as PR, so you are banned forever to be sponsored by him under family class. You should find a way to immigrate independently.
