HELP!! Claiming sibling points

My fiance is a permanent resident and his brother is as well, we are getting married next year. If i apply for FSW express entry after we are married can i claim points for sibling in Canada?

P.S.: We do not want to do spousal sponsorship as it takes too long

No - you can't. Your fiance is already Canadian. So you cannot claim any points through him under Express Entry.
