Hello all,

I recently applied under CEC and I have some concerns about:

I applied without PCC, because one lawyer told me that I can summit in the future, so I wrote and attached this explanation letter:

Re: Police Clearance Certificate

Dear Sir / Madam:

This is to confirm that I, XXXXX (Name), I will submit the Police Clearance Certificate once my Canadian Experience Class Application is been checked by a Citizen Immigration Officer. The reason is that the processing time of this kind of visa permits may take longer than one year (according to web cic.gc.ca), the time of validity that the Police Certificates of XXXXX (Name of my country) has.

Signature.

Also I am worried about my NOC codes because I was working 5 months under NOC 2261 and 10 month under NOC 2232 and in the application they only required 12 month of skilled work experience that I understand that I already have, I provided two clear reference letter from both of my employers with my application.

Is this kind of situation properly to get a refusal???

Thank you!!

It is OK to submit the PCC later, it is also OK to qualify using two different jobs, and two different NOCs (as long as the work was authorized).

As the Document Checklist says, you don't have to attach the police certificate to the CEC application, although they recommend that you do - just be ready to submit it when they ask.

Thanks you so much for the answer!! I thought that I screwed up, then I will wait this year and see whats happen with my application package.
