Help-CC Hacked-Package returned-Re send to CIO

Hello, CEC folks.

Most of all, I'll never choose credit card as CEC payment method.

Recently, my Visa card information was stolen and TD Visa close the account.
That messed up my CEC process in CIO.
Of course, they could not withdraw anything from my closed/dead Visa account.
Today, I found all my document came back to me.

As soon as, new PCC ready I'll send them to CIO.
I'll issue a money order as payment method.

By the way, I found some IMM documents are stamped by CIO mail office.
What would you like to suggest me?

1.Send CIO stamped document back?

2.Fill fresh new document and file them to CIO?

Any advice will be appreciated.
