No. As long as the employer go through the process and was deemed eligible by HRSDC to hire a foreign worker (either a relative or not), the application will not be denied.
The applicant must always tell the truth on the application. If the employer is a relative, just say yes. Immigration dont want misinterpretations. That's the reason some applicants were being denied.
