hello i am trying to change my address because i have moved to another house but its impossible more than one week now to do this....i am really worried maybe CIC wants to send back tha application or just i want to ınfrorm them but its really impossible.....does their system has got a problem?iif they want to contact me by mail they cant find me there any more...really worried...
 
When you change your address is ECAS you get a notice after you click to submit the final changes that tells you it takes 15 days for it to update in their system - for you to be able to see the change when you log in. Has it been more than 15 days? Have you updated your address in the system multiple times - that might cause the 15 days to reset.

If you think you'll be getting some mail from them soon, send an email to your VO letting them know you changed your address. And stop updating ECAS. It doesn't change your address automatically.

i simply cant make the change because it says the system ıs under a technical problem.........so i cant even make something...but this same thing i see it almost one week....are they going to fıx ıt?:(((
 
I'm not sure. I changed my address last week without a problem and have been able to login every day since. Perhaps this is just an issue with your connection. Sorry - that's frustrating.

Since you can't use ECAS, email your VO about your address change instead. Include you file number and all your personal information so they know what file to update.

Click on your VO and look for the email associated to it:

i think i have to try from another pc then....ı have already sent mail to them of course no answer yet :)))thanks dear for ur suggestions:)
