Help: Are our old background and security checks considered for new application?

My question is If we have two applications and passed background and security checks via CAIPS, Is it possible that VO repreat those for another application? Or I save the time for it?!

I don't think VO will consider the old background and security checks for a new application. Each application has to get new assessments respectively.

Security and background checks are very important and sensitive fields of PR application processing. The VO may not be inclined to consider previous reports for a decision making. Background check starts shortly after the application was logged in and is conducted parallel to application consideration.

any suggestion or experience about this or similar situation like medical test?!

I mean when you pass medical test for e.g work permit visa and you have an application via immigration, in this situation I hear that visa office consider past medical for both and there isn't necessity for repeat it...

I don't know is it a rule or it depend on each case or officer decision??!!! any experience about background check?
