I am planning to make a refund through OCAS for several reasons:
The college has postponed my program from September 2021 to January 2022. Then, they made a revoke on my letter early this month; the reason of that that the payment was not received and I still had time to the deadline date. Finally, I requested a new LOA due on May 2022; they told me that I should apply for that at the end of this month. Now, I changed my mind and told my agent to proceed with the refund through OCAS and she told me that you have a deferral to September 2022.
I live oustide Canada and I want to apply by my own to another Institution. Before I can get back the refund or apply to it. If I got a new LOA from another college and applied to a new Study Permit. Would this be a problem?
Or,
I just can proceed with the refund and apply for a new Study Permit?
I don’t need an agent anymore cause my agent was weak to let me struggle from these stupid decisions.
