HELP: Application status... not available???!

Hello everyone..

I was checking the status of my mom's application on the cic.gc.ca website. (it's a sponsor app. since 2009)
So I've got this : Application received ... but under "Application Status" it says----Not available!

what does this means? Please help..

We all had that at some point, 2009 is too early for an update. You will see more updates in the future
