help: application not delivered

I was tracking my application since last week wednesday. I used express mail service. My application supposed to be delivered on friday last week but when i tracked it, it says that the item has reached sydney and is out for delivery and nothing more ( no successful delivery confirmation noted). This had been on the tracking information since last week friday till now. so this morning i called the canada post and was informed that the application actually reached the receiver's address (sydney) but was received and left among other built-up files. i was very mad and worried that i asked the post office to open a case specific enquiry to know what went wrong with my application package. They promised to get back to me in 5-10 business day. I was wondering if anyone had been on a similar situation???????. I pray that nothing went wrong cos my time is running short and we are almost at the end of august. ur inputs will be highly appreciated

I have the same problem its been a week it says out for delivery but no signature nothing and it doesn't even say delivery successful now what should i do. did u call canada post what did they said whats wrong with delivery emploee

It happened to me as well when I sent my application in July. I sent it through Canada post courier express, 3 business days and it got there in 6 days. When I tracked it in 3 days tracking number was not found. I called Canada post and they said they could not track it as it was not picked up from the post office. When I called the post office they said it went out for delivery the same day. I was worried this whole time. Day 5 it showed it was tracked somewhere on the east coast and re-routed to Sydney. Day 6- it was delivered ( out for delivery) but no signature. If your mail got to Sydney's mail room then you should not worry, it will be received with the rest of the mail. In my AOR it says it was received July 19th ( the same day showed on my tracking information - out for delivery) Good luck!

Call Canada Post, the number on your tracking receipt, when I called they said my mail was delivered, the system was not updated for online tracking.

yayyyyyy. item successfully delivered. it was actually delivered on the 17th August but never show until this afternoon. much relieved now. waiting for cc to be charged

Most probably your package is delivered, however, Canada Post is unprofessional when it comes to updating their tracking system. I had this problem a few times, and I asked for refund of the money that I paid for tracking. And they sent me cheque refunding my money (even though I found out later that the package was delivered). Even if you find out from the recipient that the package is delivered, you can still ask for refund, because they charge you extra money for tracking feature, but they don't track the package all the way until delivery.

my application was mailed on the 14th august to be delivered on the 17th, so when it wasn't delivered on the 17th, i started calling canada post immediately, then the next business day, it was still not delivered. i have to call them again and ask for a case specific enquiry to be opened for my file and they did, then yesterday it was delivered. just tell them to open a case for ur file and u will receive good news.
