In mobile app development.
Is it a good college and what are the pr chances in Toronto as compared to other cities??
Or I can move to other province after my study in toronto

You will most likely need to go thru the Express Entry program for permanent residency. .
Can't say if it's easy or hard, without knowing your credentials, experiences and language abilities.
