HELP - additional ducouments

Hey,
I received full athletic scholarship in the university in Canada. I applied for study permit, and today I received message from Embassy of Canada, and they ask for : - Additional proof of funds to pay for your cost of living.
- Proof of your athletic scholarship including details on expenses that it will cover.

Then they say: The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this
letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete
application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the Embassy at the
address indicated below.

My questios is, how do I have to submit additional documents they require? If I go to review my submitted application, there is no option to upload additional documents. Do I have to mail it to the Embassy, or should I email it to them?

Cause at the bottom of the message they sent me, there is the mailing address of it, as well as email.

Did you apply on-line. If yes, then sign into your MYCIC account, then click on your application (by clicking check application and messages). Once you get into the application, on the top you will see the options Application/ profile status, Review of Medical results .... etc.

At the bottom of the page you will see the option "View submitted application"

When you click on that, you will be taken to a page which has the heading "Documents submitted by client"

At the bottom of the page, there will be an option which will show that no document is submitted, or an upload option will be there.

Click on that, and you will be able to upload your document. Once uploaded, you will have to go through the whole submit application, process again.

Don't worry, do the submission and you will be good to go.

If you are unable to find the option message back to this thread and more help can be given at that point.
