Help about timeline for applying for a visa

Hi guys, I am Indian student looking to apply for my Post Graduation from Conestoga College this October. I just wanted to know what is the deadline for applying for a visa for the October intake since I have yet to receive my final year results from Mumbai University. I heard from somewhere that the deadline for applying for a visa for September intake is 30th of July so does the same rule apply for the October intake? Appreciate the help guys

It is at least 30 days from starting of the classes. Calculate it for your session.
