Help about IELCT test

I have made a terrible mistake-I need help cause I cant sleep and dont know what is the best to do.
Here it is: I have sent my documents to Sidney-NS in February and last month as they requested I have sent the full documentation to the visa office and got a reply that the doc-s were received and pending for a review. But.... I have not sent the results from the test-(in February it was not obligatory) and I have explained in an additional sheet why I havent taken the test (I am not a native speaker, but, for the last 20 years I have been actively using English) Instead-I have sent the results from my TOEFL test which I needed for some other reason (it is good-I think I'll get min. 14 points there), BUT when I sent it I thought it was done last summer. While thinking about the visa....Canada...all the time, I realised that the I didnt do the test last summer, but the summer before, which makes the results 2 years old. Now I can't sleep. Will they reject my application, or will they request me to do an IELCT test and send those results additionaly? I have no problem in taking the test, but I can not find anything where I can read what might they do. I think that to make 67 points I need 12 or 13 points from the test.
Can any body tell me what THEY MIGHT DO next?

Can any body tell me what THEY MIGHT DO next? They might reject your application without recourse to you again. I will advise you quickly put in for the IELTS test ASAP. Then pray for God's favour.

If you send your full docs before 10th APril VO should give you a chance to take the IELTS test

Best is too take the IELTS at earliest and send the results to CHC and hope for best

Ok-I can take it on 3rd september eaarliest-but what should I do? Is it a good idea to write to the visa office and ask them? The visa office where i had to send the docs is Vienna. How can I inform the that i am taking the test in september and my full documentation has aready been there? And do I receive the resuts and then send them to Viena or can the results be directly sent to vienna?

Not what should but HOW should I do it-since I havent been set any kind of request except the receipt number of the docs and that they are pending for review. How can I inform them that I am additionally taking the test when my full documentation is in the Vienna Visa office. And when I received an AOR from Nova Scotia in March, the test was not obligatory. Can they reject me without requesting a test?

My aplication was sent and approved in Feb. My full docs were requested in March-I sent them in the beggining of July.

send them a letter explaining the situation that you have registered for an ielts on 3rd sep and will send you the result ASAP.
