Hi everyone, I aplied for PR two years ago and I included my spouse in my application. However my spouse had to apply to a pre removal risk assessment last april. CIC told me that they will not continue to work on my file until à décision is taken for my spouse.
One laywer said that my spouse should live Canada before à decision is made because if the PRRA is denied it will impact in a négative way our PR application but another laywer told us to wait for the decision and meanwhile to file for a mandamus. Can somebody help me? Any idea or similar situation?
