Help! 2 months since money charged but NO PER

Hey guys! We are a bit worried. This year we applied for FSWP, same NOC, as the last year was unsuccessful. Money charged this time early October, ca 2 weeks later there occurred a problem with WES (they emailed) as evaluation done in 2013 and we needed to pay extra ca 84 CAD to make the document visible for CIC online! We payed it fast (late October), WES wrote that then it was all correct. Since those days no email from CIC. Is it a normal waiting time? Is there anything to do? Contact WES? Many thanks for your attention...

Hi Curiosita,
Dont worry Curiosita first a fall did you checked your E-mail properly because some times it may go into spam mails, first check your spam mails, if you did not receive then send a mail to CIC or contact them through phone regarding the same issue...Do it ASAP, Good luck.

Hi sunnypandu thank you! Yes, my husband checked everywhere. I remember from the last year talks that CIC is very hard, almost impossible to reach over phone/e-mail, but we try, hopefully the consulate helps with the correct contacts. Regards!

Its nothing like that Curiosita, send an E-mail, CIC will reply you in 20 days and don't for get to mention all your details like Surname, DOB, NOC etc...
