I have applied and my application has been received on Jan 21, 2011. Till now my bank draft is not cashed. So. I have made a case specific inquiry to their office and they wrote me back as below.

Your submission is currently under review by our office. You will be contacted in due course.

Can anyone help in clarifying this ? Does that mean my application is on way back to me ?

No it means that they are still to review your application. Once it's found eligible, your DD will be cashed. Allow for another 8-10 wks and hopefully you will get the outcome of assessment.

How do u know ur DD is not encashed????????

MY dd is not cashed as i checked with the bank in Canada !
