HELP：UP FRONT Medical Test

Hi guys，
just did my upfront test last week，everything is fine but the doctor found a thyroid lobe nodule.. he asked me to do an ultrasound， i did it ，and he asked me to do a fine needle aspration. I asked some specialist doctors in my Country，they all said i even dont need to care about it，dont need FNA or any surgery.. but what should i do now？here in canada i need to wait for a long time to book an appointment for FNA，and will this be an issue for my EE result？

Yes, of course it will be an issue. Your application won't be processed to decision until IRCC's medical department is satisfied with your medical results.
