Hey. i dunno how long most of them take
but i just had a friend who went outland through paris as common-law
and from the file being transfered to the visa, it only took 2 months for him to get approved.
their file was transfered to paris in the middle of june, and he got his approval 2 weeks ago.

so it was very fast.
