bago po ako sa furom nato ask ko lang 3 post na ung ecas ko until now hindi pa nabalik ung pasport ko....in process po ako august 15...ilang days ba ibalik ung pasport ko....any help here

Manila VO is unpredictable now, not like two years ago when we were being processed. Sorry, I don't think anyone can predict how much longer for you to wait.

Manila is not processing many Permanent Residences now....
Just a few (if any) every week... they seem to be more focus in temporary working permits,

Somebody posted that he/she, went to the embassy in Cebu, and was told that September and October
will be very slow with Residences, but that they will take the work back by November or December...

So, just need to be patient,
Not too many files are moving, you are not alone in this...
