Hello! Need help with my renew application of VISA!

As my nationality is Macau SAR, China, is it possible to renew Student VISA (not study permit) in UK (There is a High Commission of Canada in London.)?

I dont have enough time to renew my visa in Canada since I have booked a round trip to visit my older sister in UK during Xmas.

However, I had applied my student permit so I think i can get it by the end of this month.

Yes, this is possible. For any temporary resident visas, you are eligible to apply in any country where you are lawfully admitted. Check the IRPA Regulations, Section 11 (2) (a).
