Dear Lucas Mateus da Silva Santos We are pleased to offer a job in our organization according to the following terms and conditions.
• Cargo: Mechanical Engineer
• Start Date: Your Job MUST Begin no later than January 14, 2021
• Salary: Starting net monthly salary of $ 10,500.00 (Ten thousand and five hundred Canadian dollars) Paid in fortnightly installments BY YOUR CHOICE of check or direct deposit (This salary is taken home after tax deduction). Salary increases will be negotiated to take effect at the beginning of each renewal period.
* Performance Bonus: Up to Three Percent to Make Your Monthly Net Salary, Paid Quarterly FOR YOUR CHOICE Between Check OR Direct Deposit
• Duties and Responsibilities: Your permanent work profile is the SAME that appears in your CV / Questionnaire that is known as the basis for selecting you to work for us. Full details of your job duties and responsibilities will be paid to you when you resume service. The management will hold a seminar for all foreign / international employees who join our services to clarify more about our company, their work profile and to allow all employees to get to know each other.
• Working Hours: Imola Petroleum and Gas Policies About standard hours, overtime and compensatory pace apply to THIS load; a standard employee workday is 40 hours a week. The employee will be compensated for working time that exceeds standard hours at a rate of 1.5 times his normal hourly rate, provided that overtime is approved in advance by the employer, the salary and contract period are also subject to increments with official employee time and promotions and position in the service.
• Duration of the contract: 5 years (renewable)
• Benefits: Imola Oil & Gas, offers Employee Benefits without salary, including the following SO:
o 401 (k) Retirement Account o Annual stock options o Education allowance o Education allowance o Health, dental, life and disability insurance o Profit sharing o Sick leave o Vacation and personal days Imola Oil and gas, 30 days useful vacation annually, which are additional to public / religious holidays and sick leave and can be taken at any time during the year (subject to approval). During any of your holidays, an Imola Oil & Gas will travel through your airfare $ 3,808 CAD dollars as a license allowance and also collect you $ 2, 721 CAD dollars for travel / entertainment. o Accommodation (Apartment with four rooms for married employees who move with the family and Apartment with one room for single employees, this accommodation is free) o An official subsidy and car o Free meal according to your choice of food o Initial Salary Payment of 6 (2) months after the completion of the Hiring Process; o Extensive health care
Joining us
1. Residence / Visa Permit: Applicants are required to obtain a Work / Residential Permit for a known account, if the employee asks the employer to process their Work / Residential Permit, which automatically disqualifies the candidate from a job.
2. Flight ticket: Provision of a free airline ticket (to and fro) to all confirmed candidates, granted work permits as issued; a family air ticket will also be issued if we know that you are moving in with your family members.
3. Accommodation: Imola Oil & Gas will provide accommodation to all foreigners in the Government's reserved area; are available for singles and families, depending on your family status.
4. Refund: You will receive our Refund Request Form, where you must complete all expenses incurred by you during the processing of your work permit papers and all other expenses that you absorb in the course of joining us, when submitting the return form that you are attached to the receipt of these expenses that you mentioned on the refund form as valid proof that such expenses were made by you.
5. Salary in advance: Payment of your initial salary in advance of six (2) months after the completion of the acquisition of your Residence and Work Permit / Visa. The first two months of advance salary must be paid in advance before employees board to take up their duties. This allows employees to address all household needs before their trip.
As such, no excuse will be considered in assuming the duty relating to default. Agreement Termination
* Termination by resignation: The employee can terminate this agreement by giving the employer six months prior written notice of dismissal.
* Termination BY Retirement: This Agreement Will Be Terminated By Voluntary Retirement of the Procedure, that a Retirement will Effect No Last Day of any fiscal year, since that Effective Retirement data occurs after the 70th Anniversary becomes effective, and That the effective grants to the employer with six months' written notice.
* Disability Termination: If, during the Employment Period, the Employee becomes incapacitated, due to mental, OR physical OR injury, of YOUR functions under the Agreement with this contract in HIS physical and normal, regular form, then this contract will then .
* Termination in the event of death: If the Employee dies during the Employment Period, this Agreement will be terminated. NOTE: The residence / work permit is solely your responsibility, as it is the employee's responsibility and we are not concerned with this, however, this fee will be refunded back to you by management.
