We need some help with IMM5406. I know myself ( as the principal applicant) have to include my wife's(sponsor) daughter. My question is do we have to fill out a complete form for her as well as myself?does my wife ( my sponsor) have to fill out this form as well ?

Only you have to fill out a copy of that form, but of course list your wife and the daughter in the appropriate sections. I'm assuming the daughter is a Canadian Citizen?
