Hello, how can i know if the CLB level of my IELTS and the NCLC level of my TEF?

Sometimes you are asked to say the level of your test. Not for each test, but overall.

My IELTS: I got 7 in all the 4 test( Reading, listening, Writing and Speaking). The CLB is 9R-7L-9W-9S for each test. What is the overall CLB for my IELTS?
TEF: ( Reading, listening, Writing and Speaking). The NCLC is 9R-6L-7W-9S for each test. What is the overall NCLC for my TEF?
