Hello, anyone can advise me, I am 40, working for an IT firm as IT manager, willing to apply for study visa Canada, as I got an offer for one year diploma program in Cyber security, at this age can I get study visa? because already I have a diploma in Computer Engineering and HND in Electronics engineering

You should try going for higher credentials than you already have, then you have a better chance.
