hello friends my friend he has completed only secondary school....
after that he has done one course in computer after that he has been working in small internet cafe..
doing job like installing new software and reapairing and taking care of old hardware...
he has friend in manitoba who is ready to sponsor him.....
can you pls tell me in which category he can apply for PNP....
like computer operator or anything like that...

and he has 7 bands in ielts....
