To apply for a work permit, you need a job offer and approved LMIA from an employer in Canada first. There are no jobs or employers on this forum. You would need to apply for jobs through sites like indeed and linkedin.

To apply for a study permit, the first step is to apply and be accepted into a program in Canada. The education you select in Canada must be related to your previous education / work experience and should show a progression of studies. You'll also need to show a bank balance of at least $25,000 to show you can pay for your first year tuition and living expenses.
