You might wanna call CIC again and ask for details of your application. It's been 3 yrs I don't understand. Where did you send your application? Join this forum and some members might be able to give you a proper advice on what to do.

I would recommend the Pakistan threads. Many people had their files transfered to London but others had theirs stay in Islamabad.

Order your GCMS notes and see what has been done and if there's anything that they need.

What it does it mean GMC if any one can tell me please

These are the notes the CIC officer makes about your file. You can see where they are in the process.

Order them here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

They cost $5 and take about 30 days(or more) to get. You must be in Canada to get them (or have a Canadian address). If not you can go through a middleman company but that will cost more money.

I just told you, read above. They are the notes the CIC officer makes regarding your application. The abbreviation stands for Global Case Management System.
