Hearing for what? You've posted in the section of the forum that deals with individuals who have applied for PR through a Quebec economic immigration stream (i.e. Quebec Skilled Worker). Generally speaking, there are no hearings involved with this PR process.

If you are asking about an asylum/refugee hearing - you should be posted in the Refugee/Asylum section of the forum rather than here.
