Hearing scheduling inquiry

Hello,

My refugee application was forwarded to IRC last November (Application submitted August 2020) and I’m waiting for my hearing to be scheduled.
I called my lawyer to check if he could make the hearing soon, but he informed me that he is following with the court to schedule my hearing but my name is not on the list yet !! Does anyone had the same issue before? I’m confused because I thought since my application was forwarded to the court it will avail E for scheduling!

It means you are not in the list yet. the fact that it was forwarded to IRB 4months ago. Depending on your counsel flexibility, you can opt for short hearing notice introduced by the IRB
