We were rejected by the canadian embassy because of our daughter's health condition (congenital cardiopaty), they said that her condition would be a big economic burden. She has one surgery left in a coupple of years (Fontan surgery) and they think that maybe she will need special medical care (although her doctors said that she is going to have a normal life). However our application advisor explained to us that we can apply again after she's done with her surgery. What do you think about that? Is it a good idea to retry our application? Or we must give up?

Its a cruel, unforgiving, compassionless world. Even though everyone beats the drum for Human rights etc etc yet everything is done that defies it. Sorry about it. I wish her the best and long life....

There wont be any harm in re-applying, you got nothing to loose. Get her consultant's/Surgeon's letters etc as well.
If you get refused, remember, sometimes things can turn out even better otherwise.
