I used to have syphilis and have been treated successfully in a local hospital. However it's been 3 years ago and I didn't keep my proof of treatment anymore. I want to know if the medical examination before applying visa include both non-treponemal (RPR,VDRL,...) and treponemal test? Since the treponemal test is positive for life, will they ask for my proof of evidence? Will I be refused to get the visa?
